- Cancellations may be made 48 hours before arrival.
- All cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the reservation date will be charged one night's accommodation unless we are able to replace the booking.
- If no credit card details or 50% deposit are forwarded, your booking will only be held until 5pm on the day of the reservation. After that time we reserve the right to resell the room/s.
- All 'no shows' will be charged one night's accommodation applicable to the booking.
- Special conditions apply to group bookings.
- We do not charge credit cards for accommodation prior to your stay unless specifically asked to.
